Ingredients
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (15 mL)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (45 mL)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves, or 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed (15 mL or 5 mL)
Salt and ground black pepper
1 package 142g DOLE® Baby Romaine
2 cups sliced DOLE Strawberries (300 g)
½ cup crumbled goat or feta cheese (45 g)
¼ cup pine nuts, toasted (40 g)
Directions
Whisk vinegar and olive oil in small bowl. Add basil, and season with salt and pepper. Combine salad and strawberries in large bowl.
Add vinaigrette; gently toss to evenly coat. Divide salad between 4 plates. Sprinkle each salad with cheese and pine nuts.
