Strawberry and Cake Kabobs with Chocolate Cream Dip

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
MAKES: 8 Servings


½ cup heavy whipping cream (125 mL)
¼ cup chocolate syrup (60 mL)
16 DOLE® Strawberries, rinsed, hulled and patted dry
16 (1-inch) squares prepared angel food or pound cake
16 small (3-½ inch) wooden skewers


Whip cream, in medium bowl, until soft peaks form. Gently stir in chocolate syrup; chill until serving.

Thread 1 strawberry and 1 cake square on each skewer. Serve kabobs with chocolate dip.
