Red Leaf Raspberry Salad

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
MAKES: 4 - 6 Servings

Ingredients

8 cups DOLE® Red Leaf Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup DOLE Raspberries (150 g)
½ cup DOLE Red Onion, thinly sliced (75 g)
½ cup walnut pieces, toasted (75 g)
4 oz. crumbled goat cheese (45 g)
Raspberry or raspberry walnut vinaigrette

Directions

Combine lettuce, raspberries, onion, walnuts and goat cheese n large bowl.

Pour vinaigrette over salad until coated as desired; toss well.
