Really Red Leaf Salad

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
MAKES: 4 - 6 Servings


8 cups DOLE® Red Leaf Lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces
½ red bell pepper, cut into thin strips (1 cup) (150 g)
8 DOLE Strawberries, quartered
8 grape tomatoes, cut in half
½ cup thinly sliced DOLE Red Onion (75 g)
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Bottled balsamic vinaigrette


Combine lettuce, bell pepper, strawberries, tomatoes, red onion, salt and pepper, to taste in large bowl. Toss with vinaigrette , to coat as desired.
