Ingredients
1 cup sugar (200 g)
2/3 cup water (160 mL)
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint (50 g)
1 can (48 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice (136 L)
1 cup lemon juice (250 mL)
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Directions
Combine sugar and water in large saucepan; bring to boil. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in chopped mint; let stand 15 minutes. Strain liquid into punch bowl; discard chopped mint.
Add pineapple and lemon juice. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
