Pineapple Crisp

MAKES: 1 Serving


24.5 oz. DOLE® Pineapple Chunks (725 mL)
¼ cup quick cooking oats (40 g)
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar (15 mL)


Place one cup (250 mL) drained pineapple chunks in small microwave-safe bowl.

Mix together oats and brown sugar. Add to pineapple and stir together. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 60 seconds or until heated through.
