Lemon-Raspberry Clouds

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
MAKES: 4 Servings


½ cup heavy whipping cream (125 mL)
½ cup vanilla yogurt (125 mL)
½ cup prepared lemon curd (125 mL)
1 container (6 oz.) DOLE® Red Raspberries or Golden Raspberries rinsed and drained (110g)
Grated peel of 1 lemon
Fresh mint


Whip cream with electric mixer in medium-large bowl until soft peaks form. Add vanilla yogurt and lemon curd; beat until just blended.

Spoon mixture equally into 4 goblets or small serving bowls; chill 30 minutes or longer. Top with raspberries and garnish each with lemon peel and mint.
