Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
PREP TIME: 25 Minutes
MAKES: 4 Servings
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 package (10 oz.) DOLE® Caesar Salad Kit
Brush chicken breasts with oil; sprinkle with garlic powder and rosemary.
Grill or broil chicken 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink.
Cut each chicken breast into 1/2-inch thick slices.
Toss together salad greens and dressing into large bowl. Toss in croutons.
Divide salad evenly onto 4 serving plates.
Place sliced chicken breast on top of each salad plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
