Green Leaf Salad with Bacon and Vegetables

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
MAKES: 4 - 6 Servings


8 cups DOLE® Green Leaf Lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces
4 oz. white or brown DOLE Mushrooms, sliced (1-½ cups) (225 g)
1 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained (250 mL)
3 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese (30 g)
½ cup bottled red wine or Italian vinaigrette (125 mL)


Combine lettuce, mushrooms, beans, bacon and blue cheese in large bowl. Toss with vinaigrette.
