Green Leaf Asian Salad

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
MAKES: 4 - 6 Servings


8 cups DOLE® Green Leaf Lettuce torn into bite-size pieces
4 oz. white or brown DOLE Muchrooms, sliced (1-½ cups) (225 g)
1 cup sliced DOLE Celery Hearts (150 g)
½ cup sliced DOLE Mini Cut Carrots (75 g)
½ cup dry chowmein noodles (75 g)
½ cup prepared light Asian Sesame Ginger dressing (125 mL)


Combine lettuce, mushrooms, celery, carrots and chowmein noodles in large bowl. Toss with dressing, to evenly coat.
