Ingredients
1 package (19 oz.) ground turkey (575g)
1 package (1 to 1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
12 large leaves DOLE® Iceberg Lettuce
Salsa
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
Avocado, diced or sliced
Sliced ripe olives
Directions
Crumble turkey and cook in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain off any excess liquid, if necessary.
Stir together seasoning and water according to package directions. Stir into skillet with turkey, bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Spoon about ¼ cup (40g) turkey mixture into each lettuce cup. Top each, as desired, with salsa, sour cream, cheese, avocado and olives. Fold in sides or lettuce and roll up.
