Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil (60 mL)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30 mL)
1-½ tablespoons lemon juice (20 mL)
2 teaspoons curry powder (10 mL)
1 lb. DOLE® Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced (450 g)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted (50 g)
1/3 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese (30 g)
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and curry powder in large mixing bowl. Add sliced Brussels sprouts and mix well. Stir in walnuts and cheese. Season with salt and pepper, to taste; chill. Garnish with additional walnuts and cheese, if desired.
