Ingredients
1 bunch DOLE® Celery Hearts, rinsed, trimmed and chopped (2 cups) (300 g)
1 bunch DOLE Romaine Hearts, rinsed, trimmed and chopped (2 cups) (300 g)
1 can (14 oz.) hearts of palm, drained and chopped (398 mL)
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped (optional)
2 to 3 DOLE Green Onions, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Bottled light Italan dressing
Directions
Stir together celery hearts, romaine, hearts of palm, cucumber, avocado and green onions, in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Toss with Italian dressing, to taste.
