Blueberry Smoothie

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
MAKES: 2 - 3 Servings


1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped into chunks
1 cup DOLE® frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 cup apple juice
6 oz. container lemon yogurt
6 ice cubes made with lemonade
1 cup DOLE fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons honey, or to taste


Combine the banana, frozen blueberries and ginger in a blender or food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add the apple juice and yogurt; process to combine. Add the lemonade ice cubes. Process until slushy. Add the fresh blueberries; process until well blended. Taste and sweeten with honey, if desired.
