Blackberry Salad with Avocado and Almonds

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
MAKES: 8 Servings


1 package 142g DOLE® Baby Spinach or other DOLE Salad Blend
3 stalks DOLE Celery, thinly sliced
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted (150 g)
3 cups DOLE Fresh Blackberries (450 g)
1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup bottled raspberry vinaigrette (80 mL)
3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (90 mL)


Combine spinach, celery and almonds in salad bowl.

Add blackberries, avocado and dressing just before serving. Toss to mix.

Sprinkle with feta cheese.
