Asian Chicken Salad

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
MAKES: 3 Servings


1 package (8 to 12 oz) DOLE® Field Greens or Chopped Romaine or any variety (340 g)
14 oz. DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained (398 mL)
2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
½ cup snow peas or fresh pea pods, cut in half (optional) (75 g)
1/3 cup crispy noodles (50 g)
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted (50 g)
½ cup bottled Asian sesame dressing (125 mL)


Toss together salad, mandarin oranges, chicken slices, snow peas, crispy noodles and almonds, in large serving bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat. Serve.
