Venetian Pizza

COOK TIME: 25 Minutes
MAKES: 8 Servings

Ingredients

1 (12–inch) pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil (15 mL)
1 cup (8 oz) pizza sauce (250 mL)
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (225 g)
1 can (8 oz) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained (227 mL)
¼ cup sliced pepperoni (40 g)
2 tablespoons red or green bell pepper slices (30 mL)
2 tablespoons chopped green onion (30 mL)

Directions

Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple tidbits, pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion.

Bake at 425°F (225°C), 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
