Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

MAKES: 4 Servings
1 lb. DOLE® Asparagus, trimmed (450 g)
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil (15 to 30 mL)
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (30 g)
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Place asparagus on large baking sheet with sides. Drizzle with olive oil; roll in oil to coat asparagus. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender.
Arrange asparagus on serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
