Peanut Butter Pineapple Burritos

PREP TIME: 20 Minutes
MAKES: 12 Servings

Ingredients

½ cup peanut butter (120 g)
1 can 227 mL DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, well drained
2 medium DOLE® Bananas, chopped
1 cup chopped DOLE® Kiwi (about 2 large) (150 g)
1 cup chopped DOLE® Strawberries (150 g)
½ cup flaked coconut (100 g)
12 (6 to 7-inch) flour tortilla

Directions

Spread 2 teaspoons (10 mL) peanut butter on each tortilla.

Top each tortilla with 1 tablespoon (15 mL) each crushed pineapple, bananas, kiwi and strawberries.Sprinkle with coconut. Roll up tortillas.
