12 large DOLE® Strawberries with stems, rinsed and patted dry
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted (230 g)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted (230 g)
Line large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Hold each strawberry by stem and dip 3/4 of each berry into melted white chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off. Place on prepared baking sheet. Chill a few minutes to let chocolate set up.
Dip each berry at an angle into melted semisweet chocolate on both sides to form a "chocolate jacket". Place on baking sheet.
Spoon remaining melted semisweet chocolate into small re-sealable plastic bag. Create very small opening by cutting off tip of one corner. Pipe "buttons" and "bowtie" on each strawberry. Chill until firm.
