Baked Eggs with Bacon, Cheese and Green Onions

MAKES: 4 Servings
4 teaspoons heavy cream or half and half (20 mL)
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
4 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese (60 mL)
2 DOLE Green Onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Spray 4 (about 1 cup or 250 mL) ramekins or custard cups with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange in 13 x 9 inch (3.5L) baking pan. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon (5 mL) cream. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or unti eggs are just set.
Remove from oven; let stand 2 minutes. Top each equally with bacon, cheese and green onions.
